food rule #56 – LIMIT YOUR SNACKS TO UNPROCESSED PLANT FOODS

most people snack on foods that salty, fatty and sweet! candy, that bag of chips…yum! BUT, if you are going to snack eat fruit, veggies and nuts. not the WHOLE can of nuts..but nuts in moderation can be a healthy snacks. when you think you might need a snack, think of the fruit/veggie you like the least. ask yourself if you are hungry enough to eat that?
