Sesame Noodles

i found this recipe and it made such a great lunch! i shared some with my friend sarah, packed some for geoffrey’s lunch and ate the leftovers yesterday! we loved it! i did however make a two changes. i only added a 1/2 pound of pasta. i prefer more veggies than pasta. i also added green peas rather than the edamame. not a fan of soy.

next time i will add MORE cilantro before i toss it together. maybe even more green onions. its a keeper, that’s for sure! here’s a picture i snapped with iphone.
